What areas do you serve?
We serve Southern Nevada — Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Mesquite, Pahrump, Laughlin and the surrounding Las Vegas Valley — plus all of Mohave County, Arizona, including Bullhead City, Kingman, Lake Havasu City, Fort Mohave, Golden Valley and more. One call covers both states. Reach us at (725) 333-7246 in Nevada or (928) 588-7246 in Arizona.
What aluminum gauge do you install as standard?
We install .032-gauge aluminum as our residential standard — 18% thicker than the .027 industry minimum. The heavier gauge resists denting, holds up better to desert UV through thermal cycling, lowers the risk of pinhole corrosion, and lasts 5-10 years longer. We disclose the gauge in writing on every quote.
What gutter sizes and profiles do you install?
We install seamless K-style gutters in 5-inch and 6-inch, in aluminum and galvanized steel, plus K-style and custom profiles in copper. The 6-inch handles larger roof areas and heavier monsoon flow, while 5-inch suits most homes.
Do you offer copper and galvanized steel gutters?
Yes. Alongside our .032 aluminum standard, we install premium copper gutters — which develop a natural patina and last 50+ years — for architectural and custom homes, and galvanized steel for commercial and heavy-duty applications across Nevada and Arizona.
Can you match my HOA-required gutter color?
Yes. We carry 50+ factory aluminum colors, including the popular HOA-approved shades across the Las Vegas Valley and Mohave County. Bring us your HOA color spec and we will match it, with no upcharge across the standard color range.
Do you provide a written warranty?
Yes. Every installation is backed by a written 2-year workmanship warranty (as required by law) plus a manufacturer-backed lifetime material warranty on .032-gauge aluminum. The workmanship warranty covers seams, hangers, fastener placement, slope, and craftsmanship; the material warranty covers corrosion and finish defects in the aluminum.
What is the $400 minimum?
All services start at a $400 minimum, covering truck roll, crew time, and small materials. Full gutter installs are quoted by linear footage, with gutters starting at $400. We offer same-week response and priority scheduling for storm damage.
Are you licensed in both Nevada and Arizona?
Yes. We hold Nevada license NVLIC#0093742 and Arizona license AZROC#346705, with full liability and workers' compensation coverage, serving Southern Nevada and Mohave County, Arizona — useful for clients with property on both sides of the state line.
How much do seamless gutters cost?
All services start at a $400 minimum, and gutters start at $400. Full installs are quoted by linear footage, with the final price depending on the size of the home, the number of downspouts and drop points, the material you choose, and the complexity of the rooflines. We provide a free on-site estimate with the spec documented in writing before any work begins.
How long does installation take?
Most single-story homes are completed in a single day. Because we fabricate seamless gutters on-site, there is no waiting for pre-cut sections — we measure, cut, and install in one trip. Larger or multi-story homes and commercial properties may take longer, and we give you a clear timeline with the quote.
Do I really need gutters in the desert if it barely rains?
Yes. Annual rainfall across Southern Nevada and Mohave County is low, but it arrives fast and hard during the July–September monsoon. Without gutters, those bursts pour off the roof and pool against foundations, stucco, and desert landscaping, which is where the costly damage happens. Properly sized gutters and downspouts carry that water well clear of the structure.
Should I get 5-inch or 6-inch gutters?
5-inch K-style suits most homes and handles typical roof areas well. 6-inch K-style is the better choice for larger roof areas, steep pitches, or rooflines that concentrate heavy monsoon flow into fewer drainage points. We assess your roof at the on-site estimate and recommend the size that keeps water moving during a storm burst.
How long do seamless gutters last?
Our .032-gauge aluminum gutters typically last 25-30+ years in the desert Southwest, helped by the heavier gauge, hidden hangers, and UV-stable sealant. Copper develops a natural patina and lasts 50+ years, while galvanized steel offers a heavy-duty option for commercial and impact-prone applications. Every .032 aluminum install carries a manufacturer-backed lifetime material warranty.
