I located Southwest Seamless Rain Gutters from one of their small yard signs in Lake Havasu - I noted the number and called about a year later they came out about 3 days after I called to make an appointment for an estimate which I received after about 15 minutes. We then discussed pros and cons of various options and agreed on a price right then and there. I made an appointment for installation they are busy so it took about 4 weeks (which is the only down side) Installation now completed and is exactly what we agreed it looks great

The initial interaction was with Bobby who has exceptional response time with communication (needed to make a change to my order, deal with HOA, etc.) The day of install went just as smoothly with Rob. VERY kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The gutters look fabulous! The construction looks solid and the color match is perfect! Now I can't wait for it to rain to watch them solve our rain problems!

This is a second review. The heat, sun and dry air may have been a part to the minor issue I had. During a monsoon rain storm this season, I noticed some leaking at a couple joints at corners. I requested an appointment through the Web for possible repair. Within a day I was contacted by the office with a day and time. Ryan came as scheduled. He remembered the installation from a year ago. I showed him where the leaks were and he repaired the joints. I told him this was minor and didn't expect a repair. He told me he stands by installation work and will fix issues that may come up. He wants past and current customers to be happy. I am glad I found a business that takes pride in their work.

Just had installers Robert and Milos here representing Southwest Rain Gutters. They were on time, polite, and thorough. Robert started by reviewing the plan sold to us by Bobby from Southwest. Just to make sure we are on the same page. I really appreciate that thoughtfulness. He explained the process and where downspouts and splash guards would be located. The process went quickly and they left everything in order, no mess. Check them out, everything went smooth, start to finish.

I just wanted to say that he did an amazing job. I was out of town and he was still able to put the drains up even when he had a lot of obstacles in his way, because I was out of town for my mother's service. He did everything I asked of him and just did the best job ever. It's all I can say. I would really recommend him for sure. Was on time, no problems, everything was great. Even gave me some advice on some other things that had to do with the drains at the house and just did an amazing job. Five stars all the way — if I could do more I would.

Great from start to finish! We made appointments with Southwest and also another gutter company; Ryan from Southwest was able to come see us right away, we showed him the issues we were having with roof drainage, he came up with perfect solutions, and an instant quote, and we went with him immediately. Poor other guy never got a chance! The time to get the work done was out about 6 weeks which shows how busy they are due to the quality of the work. I couldn't believe how closely the gutters matched the house trim, and the downspouts matched the house paint, two different colors. It was raining the day the work was to be done but rather than call, Ryan came in person to let us know he would rather do it the next day when no rain was predicted so his adhesive would set properly. Better to do it correctly than quickly! He came back as promised and now it's done and looks perfect. Waiting for more rain to see how it performs but I have no doubt it will resolve our issues. Ryan is that guy that looks you right in the eye when he talks to you and shakes your hand when he's all done. Quote was reasonable and we are happy.

Extremely happy with my experience with Southwest Seamless Rain Gutters. I requested quotes from 4 reputable companies of which one was eliminated for a surprisingly bad attitude. In evaluating the remaining 3 proposals, Southwest had the best material specifications and the lowest price. Bobby patiently explained the installation procedure and layout.
