No fine-print games and no warranty promises bigger than the accountability behind them. Here is exactly what backs your gutters — who stands behind each piece, for how long, and in writing.

The 2-Year Workmanship Warranty — Required by Law

Our installation work is covered by a 2-year workmanship warranty as required by law, established through the Nevada State Contractors Board and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. We are licensed in both states (NVLIC#0093742 · AZROC#346705), and that licensing is what puts real authority behind the warranty: it is not a marketing promise, it is a legal obligation we are accountable for.

What it means in practice: if something about our installation work — hanger placement, pitch, sealing, downspout routing — has a problem within two years, we come back and make it right. Be wary of contractors who advertise workmanship promises far longer than the law requires; a warranty is only as durable as the licensing and accountability behind it.

Service Partners' Lifetime Material Guarantee

We form our seamless gutters on site from genuine .032 aluminum coil supplied through Service Partners, and every installation qualifies for their Lifetime Material Guarantee program. Here's exactly what that means, straight from the warranty document: the finish on the painted aluminum is warranted not to crack, peel, blister, chip, or flake for 20 years from installation under normal use.

Coverage is strongest early and prorates over time — Service Partners covers 100% of the material in year one, 90% in year two, stepping down on a published schedule through year twenty. The aluminum itself is naturally rust-resistant, and the heavier .032 gauge we hang (versus the thinner .027 many companies use) is built to outlast the finish warranty that covers it.

One detail most homeowners never hear: this guarantee is only valid when it's registered — signed by the installing dealer at the time of installation, countersigned by you, and filed with Service Partners within 30 days. As an authorized dealer, we handle that paperwork at your install so your coverage actually exists on paper, not just in a sales pitch.

Rainstamp Material Warranty — Factory Finish Coverage

We also source painted aluminum gutter material through Rainstamp Manufacturing. Rainstamp warrants that its painted aluminum gutter products are free of factory finish defects — cracking, peeling, or chipping attributable to the painting process — for the original purchaser.

Under Rainstamp's published terms, the manufacturer covers 100% of the cost of refinishing or replacing defective material during the first year, with coverage prorated on the manufacturer's published schedule after that. As with all finish warranties, it applies to genuine Rainstamp product properly formed and installed — which is exactly how we form it, on site, on our own machine.

What Warranties Don't Cover

Like all manufacturer warranties, material coverage excludes damage from events outside anyone's control — hail, windstorms, fire, foreign objects, vandalism, misuse, and alterations made by others. Normal weathering such as gradual fading is also excluded. Your written quote and invoice state the warranty terms that apply to your specific project.
