Who We Are
Southwest Seamless Rain Gutters is a family-owned seamless gutter company operated by Southwest General Contractors LLC, licensed in Nevada (NVLIC#0093742) and Arizona (AZROC#346705). We serve homeowners and businesses across Southern Nevada and Mohave County, Arizona.
Our Services
We install, repair, and replace 5" and 6" K-style seamless rain gutters formed on site in genuine .032 aluminum, as well as copper and galvanized steel systems. We also install gutter guards and leaf screens, downspouts and leaderheads, and commercial gutter systems. Service descriptions on this website are general; the exact scope of your project is defined in your written quote.

- A $400 minimum applies to all services

- Changes to the agreed scope of work may change the price, and we will tell you before proceeding
Scheduling & Weather
We work Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Desert weather — monsoon storms, high winds, extreme heat — can occasionally require rescheduling installations for safety and quality. Storm-damage repairs receive priority scheduling.
Warranties
Our workmanship is covered by a 2-year workmanship warranty as required by law. Genuine .032 aluminum gutter material carries a separate manufacturer material warranty (Service Partners' Lifetime Material Guarantee: a 20-year prorated finish warranty registered at installation). Warranty terms for your project are stated in your written quote and invoice; warranties do not cover damage caused by alterations by others, abuse, or events outside our control.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in your written quote. Balances are due as agreed upon completion of the work unless your quote states otherwise.
Site Access & Homeowner Responsibilities
You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date, and to let us know about anything unusual we should be aware of — pets, irrigation lines near downspout discharge points, fragile landscaping, or roof conditions. We treat every property with care and leave job sites clean.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services at issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nevada or Arizona law that cannot be limited by contract.
