We match your builder's trim or the community standard from more than 50 baked-on colors so the run looks like it was always part of the home.
Because Cadence draws from several builders, we never assume a standard roofline — we measure each home and size the system to it. We place downspouts to protect the slab, the entry, and the side yards, and on the larger or more distinctive homes we offer copper or custom profiles where an owner wants them.
Every repair and installation we do carries a two-year workmanship warranty, as required by law, and that is separate from the manufacturer's lifetime material guarantee on our .032 aluminum.
