Most of what we do in The Lakes and Peccole Ranch is replacement, not first-time installation — these homes have had gutters since the day they were built, and those gutters have simply reached the end of their service life. We pull the old sectional runs, check the fascia for any water damage hiding behind them, and form new seamless gutters on site so there are no joints to leak down the line. Our .032 aluminum comes in more than 50 baked-on colors, so we match the established look of the home rather than leaving a mismatched bright-white run across a thirty-year-old facade. For waterfront homes on Lake Sahara, we pay extra attention to where the water goes, routing downspouts so runoff is carried cleanly away from the structure, and in the gated villages we match any HOA-approved colors so the work clears review.
Original Gutters Reaching End of Life
Homes built in the mid-1980s and 1990s are running gutters that are now thirty years old. The finish chalks and fades, seams between sections start to leak, and old spikes loosen and pull from the fascia. Replacing them with seamless .032 aluminum removes most of those failure points in a single day.
