We color-match your existing trim or the neighborhood standard from more than 50 baked-on factory colors, and where you need to confirm a color before we fabricate, we'll help you do it. Three of the nine neighborhoods are gated — The Palms is guard-gated, with Silverlake and Windermere gated — so we arrange access ahead of time, keep our crew and trucks clean inside the walls, and respect the posted limits. On the homes that face the open course corridors, we plan downspouts and leaderheads to carry runoff clear rather than dump it along a lot line.
Every repair and installation we do carries a two-year workmanship warranty, as required by law, and that is separate from the manufacturer's lifetime material guarantee on our .032 aluminum.
